Our vineyards lie in southern Ningxia at the foot of the Helan Mountains, about 1,200 metres (3,600 ft) above sea level. The eastern Helan foothills are widely recognised as a “golden belt” for wine: ample sunlight, diurnal temperature range, pollution free soils, and irrigation that yield aromatic grapes of high sugar and medium acidity.
From this severe beauty we craft wines that maximise place: intensity, bold flavour, and inherent elegance, a clear answer to “what Chinese wine should I try first?”
